A new client to MontpelierPF was looking to refinance bridging finance with a 1st charge over 3 HMO properties in Nottingham.   The hurdle that needed to be overcome was that the client wanted 7maximum leverage, but the client had historically adverse credit and there was not planning in place for the HMO's

 

We secured bespoke pricing from a Challenger Bank on a 5yr fixed rate, and was able to achieve an increased leverage from 65% LTV to 68% LTV when there was a shortfall of funds following an unforeseen delay of a refinance application with a different asset.  The client had previously been let down by his then broker and was delighted that we were able to secure the finance required.
